András Bartók is an assistant lecturer at the University of Public Service, Ludovika (Hungary), Faculty of Public Governance and International Studies, Department of International Relations and Diplomacy; Ph.D. candidate, Doctoral School of Military Science. Graduated from Károli Gáspár University, Hungary, East Asian Studies (BA) & Japanese Studies (MA), studied at Oita University (International Program at Oita University - IPOU), Oita, Japan. Teaching portfolio includes IR Theory, Geopolitics, Security in East Asia, Defense and Security Policies of China, Japan, and Taiwan. Research areas cover East Asian Security and Defense Policies, Territorial Disputes and Maritime Security, East Asia, and International Organizations.
Ioanna Bantouna

Ioanna Bantouna is Doctor of International Affairs (Ph.D. with distinction), academic fellow of the Department of International and European Studies at the University of Piraeus (DIES) and associate of the Council for International Relations in Greece, titled as Visiting Researcher at the University of Kent’s Brussels School of International Studies as part of her postdoctoral research in the interdisciplinary field of international relations and international law (IR/IL). Having completed her Bachelor Degree of Laws (LL.B.), as well as a Master of Laws in International Law (LL.M.) at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Law Faculty and a second Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Pennsylvania, Law School in USA, she has been admitted to practice law at the New York State Bar Association and the Athens Bar Association. She has consistently sought active involvement in International and European affairs and her profound background has been applied in her capacity as an adjunct lecturer for the undergraduate courses of DIES on “Conflict Management: Institutional and Political Aspects”, “Dispute Resolution Mechanisms” and “Negotiation of the Accession Process” in the scientific field of IL, while she has also been providing academic and teaching support focusing on issues of “Νegotiation and Mediation” and “Research Methodology” as part of her respective fellowships with the graduate programs of DIES in Energy: Strategy, Law and Economics, in International and European Studies and in International and European Policies on Education, Training and Research. Among others, she has conducted research for several topics of International and European Affairs focusing on issues of IL, IR, institutions, negotiations and European policy, including EU Jean Monnet and Erasmus+ projects, further enriching her skills on the basis of her lectureship under the regional Joint Eastern-Mediterranean Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on issues of “EU, European Neighbourhood Policy and Eastern Mediterranean”.
